The Danish 60Seconds Festival screens films in urban, public spaces, projecting them onto walls or on the streets. The audience of the festival is people wandering the city experiencing the unexpected. Last year the festival invited artists to create one-minute, soundless short films on the theme “I Cry and I Cry” — reflecting on emotions, frustrations, empathy, and solidarity. Out of 250 entries to the open call, the jury selected ten films that are now seen at the Turku city Theatre Art Wall during VAFT 2025.
In addition to this, ten one-second ultra-shorts with the same theme is being featured by OneOFF, the collaborating festival in Spain.
