Norika Sefa (b. 1991) is a filmmaker from Kosovo. She holds a master degree from FAMU in Prague. Norika’s debut LOOKING FOR VENERA established her as an emerging talent with a distinguished voice. The film won many prestigious awards and represented Kosovo for the Oscars.
